Other than that, the pixelmon mod itself is really pretty intuitive. Doing a project this size by hand is almost an impossible task, so it really helps to be able to copy and paste buildings, lower and heighten the terrain, stuff like that. I would really recommend doing something similar on your map. That means I have the possibility to make the houses bigger on the inside than the outside, and it allows for more flexibility when creating villages. An example is when a player approaches a door to a house, the player will be teleported to the inside area of that house, which lies underground. I donвЂ™t know if youвЂ™re familiar with redstone and command blocks in Minecraft, but I have been using that a lot, mostly for very simple stuff (IвЂ™m no redstone expert). It really makes the towns and cities come alive.

It also allows you to make the npcs walk around in any pattern youвЂ™d like, and you can download and use any custom skin as well. ItвЂ™s a incredible mod with almost endless possibilites, and IвЂ™m using it for anything from conversation, giving items, trading, quests etc. That sounds really interesting! When you start up Minecraft now, change to the correct resource pack, open the map and click the вЂњstart new gameвЂќ button.

You can change your skin on the website. You can use these if you want, but of course itвЂ™s fine if you want to use your own custom skin.

There is also a folder with a bunch of custom skins.

Now copy the folder called вЂњPixelmon Universe 1.12.2 DEMOвЂќ into your вЂњsavesвЂќ folder.

If that doesnвЂ™t work and some textures looks weird, try the one without leaves. If there are no such folder, just make a new one with that name. Put them both into the вЂњresourcepacksвЂќ folder inside your minecraft folder.

There are two resource packs in my zipped file.Just replace the ones that are already there. Copy the two folders inside вЂњexternal jsonsвЂќ from my zipped filed, and paste them into вЂњpixelmonвЂќ.There should now be a new folder called вЂњpixelmonвЂќ inside your minecraft folder. If everything works and you can see the title screen, close the game. You should now start up the game with the forge-version you installed.Put the two config files into the вЂњconfigвЂќ folder inside of the minecraft folder on your computer. Newer versions than those specified will most likely also work. There should be seven mods in total when youвЂ™re done. Download the following sidemods for Pixelmon, and put them in the same folder.VariedCommodities by Noppes (the newest version for 1.12.2).Custom NPCвЂ™s by Noppes (the newest version for 1.12.2).I should also mention that all of these mods are absolutely incredible, and you should definitely support the developers if you can.
